I prepare wholesome, weekly meals to your liking. I can arrive once a week, every other week or we can make an arrangement that fits your needs best. During each visit I will prepare the number of meals you would like to have stocked for eating throughout the week. After an initial consultation, in which we’ll discuss preferences, nutritional goals and dietary requirements, I will create a personalized menu per your specifications. I can create new and exciting weekly menus or we can stick to your tried and true favorites.
I grocery shop, transport, prepare and package meals in your kitchen, which you can re-heat and enjoy throughout the week. Each dish comes with at least two servings and directions for reheating, with any leftover ingredients going to your pantry. I can accommodate a single person or a whole family, as well as specific diets and allergies. This is also a great gift for someone; a new mother, someone not feeling well, or just to do something kind for a busy loved one. Please contact me for prices and details!

Private yoga instruction is for everyone, from beginners to advanced students, for multiple people, celebrations and corporate classes. With my assistance, we will create time for you to focus on building balance and peace within the comfort of your own home or place of your choosing.
Who are classes for? My classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced and in multiple styles including: Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative and Align. Interested in learning some things in the kitchen? Cooking classes are a great way to celebrate a birthday, create a fun evening for your family or friends, host a party or just hone your skills in the kitchen. Classes can be one-on-one or taught to a group and are customized to include any skills or cuisines you want to learn. I’ll come to you with your personalized menu, groceries and anything you don’t have stocked in your kitchen. Feel free to open up a bottle of wine and together we’ll make a tasty meal, leaving you with a fabulous dish and some new tools for your chef repertoire. If you would like I can even serve and clean!
